Cleansing of the Russell house

14 January 2021 | Haunted houses, Your Stories, Your True Encounters

It was exactly two years since we last investigated the dark Russell house. I got a call from Chuck that the house was finally being cleansed. I told him about 6-weeks before that if he was having someone check out the house, that I would come back. Just to make sure they were legit. I was going back to the Russell’s home….after all that darkness we felt and experienced. I was going back, and with my now wife pregnant once more, she did not come with. But, my partner in the paranormal field, Andre did come back with me. We arrived at the house a few minutes before the team that was cleaning the house arrived. The home felt off. Like it knew something was coming for it. The paranormal

A 10 Foot Guardian Angel

22 June 2017 | Demons, Your Stories, Your True Encounters

My final story took place around 2003, I was living in a row home with my then first wife. The house was hers and I was doing some work in the back yard. The row home was actually one building with 3 homes; ours was the middle one so we had a neighbor’s yard on each side of our own. At the back of the yards was a very narrow alley that t-boned into another alley. That alley bordered the yard to the right of ours if you were looking out our back door. I was standing in the middle of the yard facing the neighbor’s yard that bordered the second alley with the narrow alley to my left. I casually looked to my left slightly as I had a

If You Ever Wanted to Know Why An Exorcist Demands to Know A Demon’s Name….

12 April 2017 | Bizarre, Ghosts in the news

Very interesting article on possession and exorcism…. from here. What do you all think? In this interview with an exorcist from Switzerland, we’re told the devil isn’t everywhere—but don’t go looking for him either, just in case. With our modern mentality, the subjects of exorcism and demonic possession generally inspire a reaction somewhere between fascination and open incredulity. This is the stuff of movies, but it also makes you think. For the Catholic Church, though, exorcism is something governed with a book of ritual, De exorcismis et supplicationibus quibusdam (Rite of exorcism and prayers for particular circumstances, adopted in 1998 to replace the previous, older version, which may still be used), and it is subject to certain conditions and prescriptions. The motivations for these strict rules are rooted in Holy

The Green Skinned Demon

11 April 2017 | Demons, Your Stories, Your True Encounters

Two of my best friends are very “sensitive” to the paranormal. They both told me this story and it really creeped me out. They are sure they saw a demon. The two of them were walking downtown. It was still light out, and they were heading for a store. All of a sudden, they said they saw a young man, Andy, being harassed by the police. Andy is homeless, talks to himself, has stalked people, and writes about the devil. He is scary to be around. My friends keep walking after seeing him. Slowly, a car pulls up beside them. In the back seat with the window down is a teenage girl. She is leering at them. She is wearing all black, and is almost green in skin color, much

The Day The Devil Came to Visit

08 November 2016 | Haunted houses

Loftus Hall in Wexford, Ireland is considered to be Ireland’s most haunted house. More a mansion than a house, Loftus Hall was built by the Redmond family during the Black Death of 1350. It was confiscated by the Loftus family in 1650 during the Cromwellian era. It has subsequently been both a nunnery and a hotel before falling into disrepair and it is now slowly being restored. During the 16th Century, the occupants were the Tottenham family – Anne Loftus had married Mr. Tottenham and they lived their quite happily with their two daughters – Anne and Elizabeth. The house was the center of social activity often filled with well to do guests enjoying the countryside and the Sea air. Occasionally, storms in the area would force ships to harbor
