I have a story from when I was about 14 years old around 1999. I’m 34 now. I grew up in Portland, OR and our house was haunted. My husband, friends and I recently got back from an amazing trip to Belize. The last place we stayed was in a town called Placencia, and we got a room in these beautiful cabanas right on the beach. Once when I was around 6 or 8 years old we moved into a new house. It quiet the first few years. but one night I was going to the bathroom. I saw darker tall figure sit on the couch. This around 2:40 in the morning and no one else was awake. I was afraid to look at it then I went back to my room and I saw in my room in the corner. I don’t know why this is happening, but I keep having the same dream over and over. It starts out in a woods, and it’s all misty and cold. I can actually feel the cold in my sleep.
